Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the grill or accessory in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; keep your tracking receipt for verification.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
