What is the standard shipping timeframe for my order?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days to arrive.
Do Monument Grills come with a warranty?
Yes, our grills feature a limited warranty that covers the stainless steel burners for up to 8 years and other specific parts for 1 year from the date of purchase.
What is your return policy for unused grills?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Can I convert my propane grill to natural gas?
Select Monument Grills models are dual-fuel compatible. You will need a specific Monument Grills conversion kit, sold separately, to safely transition from liquid propane to natural gas.
How do I track my delivery?
Once your grill has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website to monitor your delivery progress.
